Blue Collar Prepping - Stocking the Prepper Pantry

Shopping List

1. Water: At least one case of 500 mL bottles

2. High carb foods: sacks of rice and beans, peanut butter, bulk cereals in bags

3. Batteries. double handful of AA, AAA, C or D, and 9 volt

4. Cooking oil: tub of Crisco and a bottle of olive oil.

5. Pet food if you have pets. Baby food, formula, diapers if you have children.

6. Candles and matches or lighters.

7. Charcoal and lighter fluid OR cans of sterno and folding stove for same.

8. Toilet paper and spare first-aid kit.

9. Powdered milk

10. Flour or corn tortillas (in lieu of bread loaves)

11. Canned meat: chicken, tuna, hearty soups and chili.

12. Ramen noodles, Mac & Cheese or other instant pastas.

13. Seasonings: bouillon, salt & pepper, tabasco, etc.

14. Multivitamin
