Autism stimming behaviours can be difficult to deal with when you are an adult on the spectrum.
Some people see autism stimming when excited autism stimming behaviours can vary from person to person and it’s good to raise autism awareness as well as autism in adults and autism children to show that stimming is apparent in both.
Sometimes stimming can cause from sensory processing disorder issues that an autistic person experiences this is an autism stimming examples.
