This story is a conversation between Nachiketa and Lord Yama (Lord of Death) from the “Kathopanishad.”
Nachiketa saw his father performing a Yagya to acquire merits. Seeing his father giving away things which weren’t of much use, he felt how would he get any merit! Thinking this he asked his father whom is he giving him away to?
When in anger his father said, “I give you away to Death!”
What followed was a young boy’s journey to meet the Lord of Death, Yama and unveiling the secrets of what happens after death!
