To the disbelief of many, some days in the ER can feel quite routine. Every now and then the universe will throw the ED a curveball. In 2013 my guest and his team became part of history when a pair of homemade bombs rocked near the finish line of the Boston Marathon. She has taken the stand in courtrooms as an expert witness for sexual assault, human trafficking and strangulation. specializes in human trafficking research and rescue and finding missing children. Rachel consults with governmental and non-governmental agencies to formulate the best plan of action to fight sex trafficking on both the demand and the supply side.
