In this episode Cat and Andy discuss the importance of Trust for consultants. They discuss four (4) components of trust which are:
- Competence
- Authenticity
- Reliability
- Empathy
They cover each area and give examples of how consultants may use these at their client's site. Trust is one of factors that allow a consultant to be successful and each consultant should learn these four areas to improve their careers as well as be better at managing their relationships with others.
