Today on Art Beat, we take a look at the 18th annual Frozen River Film Festival and sit down with local filmmaker and KQAL's own Duncan Wellcome with his Film, See You at No Name; a film that shows Winona's culture, starting at the No Name Bar. The Frozen River Film Festival is a yearly recurring event showcasing many local filmmakers focusing on community-based documentaries.
