Massive corporate cutbacks are nothing new. Being part of the broadcast industry for 46 years we've walked through many many tight situations based not on delivering quality but quantity with the fewest number of players. While with the big motha of them all broadcast companies I found peace in my heart when I realized I don't front a physical department. I am a team of won. And we did win!

Not everybody but there are a few. They turn to a higher power to gain access to process as well as progress. It's a physical presence that adds pressure to our choices when deciding to be an activator or a bystander. Too many small things are being ignored. That's the birthing ground of peace, forgiveness, compassion as well as confidence. We need to be more than just what fits on a small line of description.

At any age, we are facing a huge number of people that are dropping the corporate lifestyle to take up space in their own heart and way. What's required to pull this off? It's not all about the money. There's a lot of mental decisions and agreements with the person you are that has to be worked out or you're going back in.

The maker of it. Whatever it is. Do we know what it is? More importantly do we trust what it is? This is a new world generating around the soul of AI technology. There used to be a time when investing your energy meant something to the business you worked for. Not today... Everybody is cutting back including trustworthy mom and pop operations. Where are the formally employed replanting their ambitions and survival? The greedy are choosing their benefits over the people whose dedication and loyalty put them there.

When it’s extremely difficult to make up your mind. Having the power of choice can actually weaken someone. A series of short-winded adventures within a collection of skyscraping trees stuck feet first in Georgia Clay right here in Carolina. It’s been a huge part of my daily writing journey for over 33 years.I’m the Poet In The Forest. It’s time you meet what’s inspired several generations.Long before the paved paths decorated with colorful homes colonized around this beautiful lake, slow moving streams, flatland swamps and array of natural animals, there were families and business owners who are said to have raced into this area for the beauty of the land, wild roses, migratory birds and grapevines. Those before me either forgot to write about it or its buried somewhere inside a family tree. Nobody goes into their day performing at a world series level of play. It requires an amazing collaboration of energies focused on the present day's calling. The Cicada's have returned. They've waited 13 to 17 years to resurface. This go around I've chosen to write about it, whereas in chapters past...I'm not sure it was shared. There's a scent in the air that is still just as vibrant.

No day passes that we aren't building and or replenishing. Preparing our hearts for all things we come in contact with on these paths of constant changes. But here we are! We have to stop wasting our time trying to reach a solo performance. Share the glory! We are the generation that's being deeply challenged by the bad behaviors of leaders and self-proclaimed dictators. I work with someone who is looked upon as being one of the top players on the team. He's not only praised by earned Employee of the Month. Yet he's never had a great review from our guests and the people we serve. What's up with that?

There's always something to learn. We are students not masters. There's a lot to pick up from the paths of those who've transitioned. Humans seem to always be in a race to become something they aren't. When it doesn't materialize, we shrug it off, "I don't care." When did it become ok to shrug off a God wink or calling? I don't have much gray in my hair. People find it hard to believe how old I really am. As of late though they've been calling me the old man. Dealing with that isn't as easy as one would assume.

October 27, 2025 Help... It seems like a very short yet no so small word with a definition the size of the universe. How are prayer requests prioritized? This is our way of locating newer and better ways to locate faith, hope and the strength to be enlightened by embracing the ever changing idea of how a walk with unconditional trust inside our mind body and souls can be a source of true family by way of answering prayer requests.

A moment of can you believe this is happening to us? The people making up communities from the good, bad, robbers, cheaters and liars, they're congregating in what we see as neighborhoods. How long will it peacefully last? There's a crackdown of lifestyles and family traditions. If you aren't being escorted out of these areas, the financial front being cut will dig deeper into your survival. This could cause a lack of protein, nourishment and needed medicine. Decision makers in charge of the starvation train.

Those unrecognized moments when Fall is setting in and again this year you woke up not realizing the leaves have fallen from the trees. A major part of the story is now missing from your moments of all things right now.

We stand with our arms wide open. Not in protest. To receive all that the universe is so willingly to share. We're needing light for our darkest questions. It's the silent efforts that keep pushing us forward. Our heads and hearts are cloudy. Rivers of change endlessly flood our shores, and time says at all costs we must play things out. There are two paths in front of us. One that's overbearing with beautiful gifts and the other is bare because we didn't take care of what's already been shared.

The mysteries of nature. So many people chase the sunlight, shadows, droplets of water and whatever else serves as a bread crumb leading to the destination of uncovering a mystery. Is that really what you want or are you more inspired and influenced by not know? It happens to us more than just in a forest. It's all around us. Mystery! The art of not know. Is that your true fuel of locating the end of the rainbow?

Mom and Dad endlessly reminded us to forgive and forget. Life's moving too quickly yet the weight of our everyday decisions continue to get heavier. We fall witness to pro sports heroes doing it before every game. They warm up! Do you? Not just your body but your mind and soul. Don't go into any meeting or project without physically warming up.

We are wavering as a nation, our foundation has been weakened by no call no show lawmakers who have called to their God's of greed. Such a temptation. With greed you can almost have anything you want until the green faced connected to yourself righteous grace bumps into another greed maker and the results are to ignore the core of who it is we are trying to serve.
