As General George Washington led the continental army during the Revolutionary War, he observed a truth: Whenever a regiment had good officers, the soldiers were well behaved. Whenever the soldiers were unruly or showed cowardly behavior, the regiment without fail had a bad officer. Leaders are important. They set an example and determine the culture and direction of an organization. For that reason, if we want a healthy church, we need healthy leaders. Learn what a healthy leader is.
