A few serial offenders that should be thrown into the jargon jail that come to mind are CTA, KPI, PPC, ROI, SEO and BD.
Surely some of these must be useful and important if everyones' saying them right? So what is "BD" or "Business Development" and why is it essential to practising Architecture and building a business or your online profile?
Luckily I am joined by Tyler Suomala who trained as an Architect and is a Business Development Specialist at Monograph who is going to help give us a few pointers in the right direction.
