Chef Chris Holland is a two-time champion of the Food Network show Chopped, and is an advocate for Multiple Sclerosis (MS), which is near and dear to the Aquademia Team. In this episode, Chris and the team talk about the impacts of living with MS, and how that relates to seafood. Chris also talks about how he sources seafood, how he cooks with it, and some holiday seafood recipes.
