Being an anxious adventurer is not a bad thing. I like to think of it more like my superpower. I know that may sound crazy to you but as I do this podcast- I’m finding more and more research on how having some anxiety - especially when faced in a stressful situation - isn't necessarily a bad thing and can actually be helpful.
