Something for you to muse over.

I was taught that the job of a hypnotist was to de-hypnotize the client from the trance they are in, to one they want. A trance that would support them and enjoy life.

Also, there are so many unknowing hypnotists putting you into trance - the news, social media, TV, and those well-meaning and maybe not so well-meaning people you meet.

And you can decide to let them, to let the noise control you or choose the trance that you want.

It's only a short podcast so if you can spare the time I think it will be worth it and when you have please share so others can decide as well
