Sometimes issues, problems, seem insurmountable don't they? With it goes a little bit of pain or a lot and a few negative emotions to boot. Can you guess the ones I'm thinking about?

What's the worst that can happen? Really??? No the real worst is far less frightening than you've been imagining.

What can I learn here?

What's the intention or my intention?

What do I really want?

And there's a few more we can add.

Now we can decide something and when we do we'll do a NIKE'y.

That's the great thing it is actually YOUR CHOICE
