Daphne provides advice on how to help your senior loved ones be less stressful during the journey. You may need to learn some new things. If she's flying, for instance, you may need to call ahead and arrange for them to have an escort in the airport. For instance, Daphne's mom can walk the distance, but considers whether she would be able to get to the gate on time to make the flight.
