If a patient reports symptoms of the flu, or suspects they might have COVID-19, DispatchHealth asks additional risk-assessment questions. The CDC.gov site answers most questions. King County has set up a COVID-19 hotline at 206-477-3977 to answer questions and direct people. DispatchHealth had partnered with MultiCare to provide free COVID-19 e-visits to anyone with those symptoms.
