As an agency, its important to tell the caregivers how much they are appreciated, we provide monthly bonuses for them and birthday cards with gifts. Having a feeling of appreciation makes it more than a job, it’s a recognition that they’re making a difference. If you have a happy caregiver, you’ll have a happy client.
