A Florida woman, Victoria Johnson, faces severe charges after a hit-and-run incident that resulted in the death of an eight-year-old boy and serious injuries to a ten-year-old. Johnson, a resident of Winter Haven, was arrested by Polk County deputies following the crash outside Faith Baptist Church.
