Show Notes

A Florida woman, Victoria Johnson, faces severe charges after a hit-and-run incident that resulted in the death of an eight-year-old boy and serious injuries to a ten-year-old. Johnson, a resident of Winter Haven, was arrested by Polk County deputies following the crash outside Faith Baptist Church. The boys were crossing the street during a church function when Johnsons truck struck them, and she fled the scene. The younger boy died at the scene, while the older one was hospitalized with critical injuries. Investigators used surveillance footage and debris from Johnsons vehicle to identify her. She was later found with Corey Stewart and Mya Bass in a stolen blue Hyundai Santa Fe. Johnson admitted to using methamphetamine before driving. She is now charged with leaving the scene of a fatal crash, tampering with evidence, and driving without a license causing death.
