A U.S. Postal Service van driver, Oscar Pedrozo, faces charges for a fatal pedestrian crash in Montgomery County. Pedrozo, 26, struck and killed Mairi Nicola Morrison, 64, in July 2022. The crash occurred as Morrison crossed a driveway area from the sidewalk. Pedrozo, wearing earbuds and listening to music, may have been distracted.
