Bryan Betancur, a 28-year-old from Silver Spring, Maryland, was arrested twice in a week for assaults on Metro trains. After an initial hearing in Arlington County Courthouse, he was re-arrested and now faces additional charges in DC Superior Court. Betancurs previous arrests included multiple assaults, battery, and inappropriate behavior, some of which were recorded on social media.
