Maryland State Police are on the hunt for a suspect linked to three highway shootings in Prince Georges County. The incidents occurred late Monday night and early Tuesday morning along Route five, I-495, and I-95. The suspect is described as wearing a dark sweatshirt and light-colored pants, and is believed to be driving a red or burgundy Dodge Challenger or Charger. The first shooting occurred around 10:35 PM on Route five near Allentown Road, striking one drivers vehicle. The second shooting happened just before 1:30 AM on southbound I-495 near Ardwick Ardmore Road, injuring one person who drove himself to the hospital. No other injuries have been reported.
