Hello there! It's me, Pidgeot, your humble (and handsome) Humane Society of Huron Valley Pet of the Week!
As a retired racing pigeon, I'm used to getting a move on, but now I'm ready to find my forever roost. Sure, I may not be on the adoptions floor with the cats and dogs, but that's only because I'm with the cool kids—the HSHV Rescue Officers!
I'm here to tell you that we pigeons are much more than just feathered friends you see flying around town. We're smart, social, and can live for over 10 years, so I need a devoted keeper who will give me lots of room to fly indoors and a healthy diet.
