The Postal Service Inspector General is reviewing Postmaster General Louis DeJoy’s controversial policy changes and his compliance with federal ethics rules. Garrett Rolfe, the former Atlanta police officer who shot Rayshard Brooks, is facing 11 charges, including a felony murder charge. Rayshard Brooks was shot twice in the back by an Atlanta police officer after two officers tried to handcuff him for suspected DUI. Videos show Brooks grabbing one of the officer’s Taser and then firing it as he ran away. The Fulton County medical examiner has listed the death as homicide.
