Many states are beginning to lift their stay-at-home orders and reopen restaurants, stores and other public spaces. Caitlin Rivers, a senior associate at the John Hopkins Center for Health Security, testified on Capitol Hill about the pandemic response. She joins AC360 to explain why she told members of Congress that none of those states have met the White House's guidelines to reopen and why increased testing is crucial. Plus, a pregnant New York City nurse contracted coronavirus and gave birth to her baby after a COVID-19 related heart attack and had other complications.
