Founder of Special Yoga and a leading expert in Special Yoga for children. Jyoti Manuel has devoted her life to increasing awareness, knowledge and practical experience in the therapeutic effects of yoga and making the practice available to as many children as possible.
In this episode we speak about yoga for children with autism, ADHD and special needs and how Jo has shown how their needs can be best met. We also speak about the mental health crisis and lack of community and connection and her experiences teaching in villages in Africa to orphanages in Peru and Russia.
