22-year-old Ian Millard from Wasilla, Alaska, pleaded not guilty to murder charges in the death of 18-year-old Ataja Banks, who went missing in November 2023. Banks remains were found in Wasilla last September. Millard, who previously shot and killed his mother and brother in 2016, is facing second-degree murder, manslaughter, and tampering with evidence charges. He was arrested on April 7th and bail was set at $500,000 with house arrest and electronic monitoring. His next court date is April 10th for a pre-trial conference.
