And how you view that coin is going to directly impact the results that you achieve. I discovered this when I was at my lowest with my ADHD. For the longest time I only saw that coin’s negative side. I saw it as my weakness.
But as soon as I turned that coin over, and saw a different side, results changed. This is a self fulfilling prophecy. And you can control the outcome, simply by how you perceive it.
