Tom Keatinge is Director of the Centre for Financial Crime and Security Studies at RUSI and we're delighted to welcome him to the AML Talk Show. Tom's research focuses on matters at the intersection of finance and security, including the use of finance as a tool of intelligence and disruption. His research on finance and security considers a number of themes including terrorist financing, human trafficking and modern slavery, new approaches to tackling financial crime and corruption. He also co-leads RUSI’s work on counter-proliferation finance, the design and implementation of financial sanctions and the role of finance and financial investigation in disrupting wildlife crime and the illicit trade in wildlife products.
