Our guest Dr. Brockenshire has a very different medical practice and believes wellness isn’t having the absence of disease, but merely being the absolute best you can be every day. Dr. Brockenshire defines wellness as being able to do what you want to do when you want to do it and how you want to do it.. He is a postgraduate instructor of applied kinesiology, neuropathy, herbal therapy, clinical nutrition, athletic injury management, pediatrics, and homeopathy. He is also a certified blood type practitioner.
