When does government cross the line in demanding too much personal information? The Pacific Legal Foundation is suing the Census Bureau over just that. The American Community Survey asks, among other things, personal sexual matters, family relationships, and past marriages. The Census Bureau says refusing to answer could result in prosecution and fines.
