The presidential election is in November, of course, but conservative advocacy groups and think tanks are already preparing to transition to a new administration. That's if a Republican wins. It's called Project 2025 and is being led by the Heritage Foundation. Project 2025 offers a potential conservative president a blueprint for reforming administrative agencies and it recruits, trains, and suggests conservatives to serve in a new administration.
