Is The TikTok Debate A Matter Of Security Vs Free Speech?
After the contentious hearings by a US House committee this past week, many lawmakers showed rare bipartisan support for banning the Chinese-owned social media platform. The Heritage Foundation's Jake Denton agrees with that idea, both calling TikTok propaganda and citing the data being gathered by Bytedance (TikTok's parent company). He also objects to some of the content that, he says, is harming American youth.
