After a recent online debate fired up on the Right, a new attention was brought to the HB-1 Visa program, which is used by American companies to recruit foreign workers to fill high-skill jobs, typically in technology. Some argue the program is good because it brings more skilled talent to the United States and others say it displaces or blocks opportunity for American workers and should be reformed or ended.
