It's proposed in Congress with little chance of passing under the current makeup of Congress and calls for federal tax dollars from going to entities that promote sexual materials to children. This could include drag shows sponsored by schools or district-affiliated groups or held on school property. If passed, if could also address sexually-explicit books and other materials designed to promote any specific sexual behavior or lifestyle being made available to children through school libraries.
