Netchoice's Carl Szabo argues against new laws in Florida and Texas that, if upheld by the US Supreme Court, ban social media companies from censoring content on their platforms. Szabo says the laws require the private companies to host and carry content they do not want to be involved with and that, in his opinion, is a violation of the First Amendment rights of the businesses.
