In this episode Nell talks about how growing up she had an obsession for the weather. As a child she wanted to be a Tv weather reporter like her idol Jim Cantore or more recently Tyler Owens. While in college she changed career paths. Which eventually lead her to a secure job as a COO at a local family business. She worked hard to earn the title COO but gave her notice to pursue her passion of being in front of the camera.
