Jessica as some of you may recall was first on the podcast in episode 29 where she talked about how she started Palmyra Greenhouse and her powerlifting journey. Now Jessica has taken the leap of faith and left her full time 9-5 to chase her dreams.

In this episode Jessica explains how Palmyra Greenhouse got started...thanks to some squirrels which snowballed into Rosie the flower truck which then lead to Jessica writing her first children's book which features Rosie the real life flower truck as the main character. We also talk about Jessicas book launch party and how I got to play a role and be the MC. One thing I have learned from this episode is that community both on social media & in the real world can have a BIG impact on your life and what you choose to pursue.
