In this episode Alan talks about his early childhood being adopted at birth to an abusive mother. Surviving her mistreatment of him. Alan turned to boxing & gang life. He later becomes a professional boxer. Sparing with the likes of Mike Tyson & Riddick Bowe & Lennox Lewis to name a few. His career gets cut short and he discovers he suffers from CTE (Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy). Through choices of his own he gets divorced and loses contact with his kids. Years later through the help of Shane Manney at 5 Stone's Fight Club & finding the Lord Alan was able to win his wife back and rekindle the relationship with his children. He now presides as the official boxing coach of 5 Stone's Fight Club.
