Your host Josh Hammer analyzes yesterday's blockbuster Senate Judiciary Committee confirmation hearing for Pam Bondi, the two-time former Florida attorney general who has been tapped by President Donald Trump for attorney general of the United States. Bondi faced a number of questions from Senate Democrats who seemed confused about the nature of the relationship between president and attorney general. To wit: Is the AG actually "independent" of the POTUS? Also, Josh assesses yesterday's big SCOTUS oral argument in the Big Porn case of Free Speech Coalition v. Paxton.
