Brown, an appeal out of Maryland that challenges the state's complete ban on modern semiautomatic rifles (i.e., "AR-15s"). The Second Amendment has been treated as a "second-class right" for far too long—it must stop. Plus, SCOTUS agrees to expedite TikTok's emergency appeal to avoid being banned in the U.S.
