We discuss launching a pico balloon for the show in a couple weeks and will be tracking it each prior week on the show. Some of these balloons have been up over a year and around the world 40-50 times while reporting their position with aprs or wspr.

Tom interviews his friend Astronaut Doug Wheelock. Doug was in Star City, Russia and had to get up at 4:00 AM local time to be on the live show. Tom talked to Astronaut Wheelock 30 times in one month while he was in the International Space Station. Three of those contacts were from Toms mobile.
