As conflict in the Middle East spreads to Lebanon and hopes for a ceasefire in Gaza fade, Spain has taken a different approach to the Israel-Hamas War. In May, Spain recognized the state of Palestine and last week, welcomed the Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas in Madrid.
