Tuesday's deadly missile explosion in Poland marked the first time a NATO country was directly hit during the conflict and is a reminder of the potential risks of spillover. Russian journalist Mikhail Zygar is following developments in the war closely; he now lives outside Russia and is founding editor of the independent news channel TV Rain.
