THE INTERVIEW

Aaron Rose is the coach that K + L have been working with to help them uncover unconscious biases, be more intentional, and nurture inclusivity. There can be so much information, news, and things we’re seeing daily that can be very triggering right now. We hear that word a lot, trigger, and it’s important for us to unpack what that really means and how we can work against that. It’s okay to be triggered, but there’s something underneath that trigger that needs to be examined. How do we fix these deep-rooted issues that go so far back? Aaron teaches us his method of inner work for dealing with triggers.

We also talk about:

  • A nuanced understanding of manifestation
  • Finding the root cause of your feelings and allowing yourself to feel them
  • Not policing ourselves internally
  • What triggers are and how to deal with them
  • How we confirm our reality
  • Steps to deal with a trigger
