From the beginning sentences of Genesis to the final chapters of Revelation, the presentation of scripture is that the God we worship absolutely loves and cares for Adam and his decedents. And when we find ourselves in less than ideal situations, He consistently provides a pathway to freedom and deliverance. No matter how we got to places of desperation, God choses to care and deliver us! We, as the people of God, have to be prepared for what His deliverance will bring. Sometimes we may not be comfortable or at ease, but it is because we are growing in God's deliverance and provision. The people of Exodus could have turned back and gone home to their comfort, but they knew the place to where they were being delivered was too great to miss.
