Volgens de Europese Unie voldoet slechts 0,3 procent van alle oppervlaktewaterlichamen aan de ecologische doelen van de Kaderrichtlijn Water. Maar komt deze verontreiniging alleen door Nederland, of ook door afvallozing vanuit het buitenland?</p>
