Show Notes

On June 24, 2022, Roe v. Wade was overturned by the Supreme Court. The landmark 1973 case granting women the legal right to an abortion was struck down in Dobbs v. Jackson case originating in Mississippi. Now without federal protections, many states have placed severe restrictions or outright banned abortions and the hardest to be hit by these laws will be the poor and Black and brown women.

In this episode of the All Rev’d Up podcast, The Revs discuss the impact overturning Roe will have on Black folks.
