Paul won by split decision in Cleveland after a close but uneventful eight rounds with both man claiming the victory at the final bell.
Fury, meanwhile, laboured to a points win over Paul's sparring partner Anthony Taylor while Dubois dropped Joe Cusumano three times in the first round before the fight was waved off.
