Aimee Mann released her third album, Bachelor No. 2 or, the Last Remains of the Dodo, on May 2, 2000. It featured some songs from her soundtrack for Paul Thomas Anderson's "Magnolia" alongside newer tracks and became one of the best reviewed albums of the decade.
