Raised by strong-willed Christians on a mission in 17th century Japan, soon-to-be 18 year old Timothy Philay believed his path to be outside the church.
After discovering his talent for making the best hotdogs in the empire, Timothy answers a nationwide call from the Emperor to bring his revolutionary tasting streetfood to the imperial palace.
With a thousand sausages and buns in tow, Timothy sets off on his quest to Tokyo - his mode of transport: Mondeo the Mule. Accompanied by Sarry Hachini, a failed wannabe samurai, all three of them face many challenges on the road from Kyoto.
