The rollercoaster that is entrepreneurship can be a real b*tch.

The highs are high, and the lows can be damn low and if you’re anything like my clients and I - navigating through this can feel downright exhausting… am I right?

It’s so easy to get caught up in this reactive mode where you feel like you are always on the back foot and unable to get ahead. And we start telling ourselves these stories that there’s not enough time, not enough support, not enough of anything, but when there is, THEN I’ll be able to create the space to strategise, implement and grow.
